Infosys Poland is seeking a proactive team player to support supply chain activities in a client-facing capacity. The role involves coordination of procurement and logistics tasks, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and process improvement.

The position requires Spanish (C1) and English (B2) proficiency, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks. Hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work on supply chain processes in aeronautics: PR analysis, PO management, export licenses, material sales, substitutions, SO/STO, return orders, delivery dates and monitoring, dispute management, reports creation.
• Interact with Front Officer/focal points for clarifications, complex work, and updates.
• Document processes and standard methodologies.
• Interact directly with suppliers and clients for day-to-day work.
• Meet SLAs and personal targets.
• Ensure efficiency and high quality of processes.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Additional experience or educational background in procurement /logistics/Supply Chain would be an asset
• Experience in customer facing roles or negotiations would be an asset
• Language: Spanish – C1 and English – min B2 (essential for client's communication purposes)
• SAP knowledge nice to have

Responsibilities

• Work on activities related to supply chain process in aeronautics: PR analysis, PO management, export control licenses management, material sales management, material substitution, SO/STO, return order flow, delivery dates collaboration, delivery monitoring, dispute management, reports creation;
• Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updates;
• Document process: documentation and standard methodologies
• To interact directly with Suppliers and clients for day-to-day work
• Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
• Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the performed processes
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
