Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to support End2End processes within our logistics team in Łódź. You will manage orders from entry to delivery, coordinate shipping documents, handle inquiries and escalations, and work with warehouse teams on stock allocation.

Ideal candidates will have strong SAP hands-on experience, excellent Excel skills, and proficiency in English and Turkish at C1 level, with a proven ability to document processes, train others, and

Responsibilities

• End2End Order management from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Support customer queries and escalation process.
• Inventory management and stock allocation with warehouse collaboration.
• Manage customer disputes, claims and returns processing.
• Participation in Process Transition.
• Knowledge Management: Create SOPs and train team members.
• Trigger and manage process improvements (automation and redesign).

Job description

• Experience in working with supply chain and/or logistics processes
• English and Turkish on min C1 level (essential for client's communication purposes)
• Hands‑on experience with SAP system (must have)
• Experience in End2End Order Management Process
• Ability to create and maintain process documentation
• Participation in process migration projects is considered an asset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to view processes from a broader perspective in order to clarify and simplify them
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders involved in the process
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:

• End2End Order management process (from order acquisition until order delivered to Customer door) capturing order entry/change/delivery creation/logistic process with creation of shipping documents / shipping instructions/invoicing
• Supporting customer queries and escalation process
• Inventory management (checking stock availability- system /cooperation with warehouse, stock allocation).
• Managing customer disputes (any discrepancies)/ claims/processing return orders
• Participation in Process Transition
• Knowledge Management – Creation of SOPs and training of other team members
• Triggering and managing process improvements both automation and process redesign
