Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Supply Planning Specialist to balance demand with capacity and translate plans into actionable schedules. You will collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and finance to ensure continuous supply across markets.

The role requires 5+ years in planning, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Spanish, with rotating shifts in a dynamic FMCG environment. Warsaw-based position with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, demand planning, or related roles.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of MRP, MPS, DRP, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP APO or other planning systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• English and Spanish at a minimum C1 level.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (8:00-16:00 and 16:00-00:00).
• Nice to have: SQL or data warehouse experience; system implementations; process optimization.

Responsibilities
