Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Materials Planner to support production planning and inventory optimization. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials, monitor performance, and drive improvements in planning processes.
Responsibilities include creating schedules, maintaining MRP data, and preparing planning KPIs. This role involves collaboration across global teams, advanced Excel skills, and experience with SAP/Blue Yonder.

You will be responsible for planning materials needed for production and ensuring they are available on time. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to support smooth operations, resolve supply issues, and improve planning processes. You'll also use data to monitor performance and help optimize inventory levels.
Plan material requirements based on production and supply plans.
Create and maintain material schedules, taking into account supplier lead times and capacity.
Manage MRP processes and ensure planning data is accurate.
Cooperate with suppliers to confirm deliveries and resolve any delays or changes.
Monitor material availability and help prevent supply shortages.
Resolve planning issues such as late deliveries, shortages, or stock imbalances.
Maintain planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock, and minimum order quantities.
Support purchase order and inbound delivery processes.
Prepare reports and planning KPIs to support business decisions.
Work with different teams to continuously improve planning processes.
Availability to work late shifts (8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, 2–3 times per week).
Around 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, or supply planning, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
Fluent English and Spanish (C1).
Good knowledge of MRP and material planning processes.
Experience working with suppliers and inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar planning systems.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or SQL is an advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholder
