Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in working with supply chain and/or logistics processes
• English and Italian min B2 level (essential for client's communication purposes)
• Hands‑on experience with SAP system (must have)
• Ability to create and maintain process documentation
• Participation in process migration projects is considered an asset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to view processes from a broader perspective to clarify and simplify them
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders involved in the process
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Order management (creation/changes)
• Inventory management (checking stock availability- system /cooperation with warehouse, stock allocation).
• Creation of shipping documents / shipping instructions
• Managing customer disputes (any discrepancies)/ claims/processing return orders
• Orders monitoring from receipt till delivery
• Participation in Process Transition
• Knowledge Management – Creation of SOPs and training of other team members
