Qualifications

Fluency in English.
German market knowledge is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business / Accounting / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Linguistics.
Min. 5 years experience demonstrated via managing and coaching a Customer service team in FMCG / CPG.
Customer Service channels and trade knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead team of Customer service in one of global Strategy & Transformation Service Delivery Capability Centers.
Interface between customers and internal teams for excellent customer service.
Manage day-to-day activities to ensure satisfactory service levels.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the Cluster SC function and BU teams.
Act as a point of contact and trusted business partner for Supply Chain team.
