Job summary

Bechtel Poland is seeking a Subcontract Management professional to support a landmark nuclear project. You will assist more senior staff with routine duties, data gathering, and status reporting to help ensure smooth subcontract execution.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, construction, and operations, with opportunities to participate in small-value subcontracts and bid activities. A bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Subcontract Management Professionals in completion of routine duties and data gathering.
• Prepare status reports and monitor subcontract performance.
• Coordinate meetings, bid clarifications, and pre-award activities.
• Develop and issue subcontracts and services agreements as assigned.
• Work with Digital Supply Chain and Automation Tools.
