Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Poland is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage subcontract administration for the AP1000 project. You will oversee moderate to high complexity subcontracts, ensuring compliance with IWPP, Policy 230, and DSCS governance, under the Contracts Manager, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, and Legal.

This role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a proactive approach to risk and change management in regulated, large-scale EPC

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant subcontract administration experience on EPC, nuclear, infrastructure, or major industrial projects.
• Experience with DSCS, IWPP, and regulated environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administers assigned subcontracts throughout execution, including obligations, performance monitoring, changes, payments, and closeout.
• Reviews subcontract terms to identify risks and compliance concerns and develops mitigations.
• Manages subcontract changes, amendments, compensation events, claims, and commercial correspondence.
• Coordinates with Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and Risk to ensure interface and execution.
• Maintains subcontract records, reports, and audit-ready documentation.
• Supports project audits and lessons learned related to subcontract formation and administration.
