Job summary

Bechtel Poland AP1000 project seeks a Subcontracts Manager to lead contract strategy, formation, and administration for the Bechtel-Westinghouse collaboration. You will manage commercial risk, governance, and compliance across the Poland project.

You will interface with Construction, Engineering, Legal, and Procurement to ensure safe, on-time delivery and cost objectives, while driving continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years of experience on large EPC or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing technically complex subcontracts on large EPC or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in regulated environments (nuclear, energy, major infrastructure, or similarly complex sectors) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Contracts Manager in developing and implementing the project subcontracting strategy.
• Leads contract formation and administration activities across assigned project areas.
• Provides leadership to Contract Administrators and other contracts personnel assigned to the project.
• Oversees subcontract formation activities including sourcing strategies and negotiations.
• Ensures subcontract administration aligns with project procedures and contract requirements.
