ABB in Kraków, Poland, seeks a motivated O2C Collections Intern to join our Order-to-Cash team. You will gain hands-on experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer account management within an international finance environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring invoices, reducing overdue balances, preparing reports, and supporting cash application and reconciliations. Strong Excel and English communication are desirable.

Formación

• Active student status in finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily collections activities and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts and assist in reducing overdue receivables.
• Communicate payment status to customers and log queries accordingly.
• Assist in reconciliations, cash application, and reporting.
