Job summary

ABB is offering a part-time internship in Kraków focused on IT compliance and finance. You will prepare records and documentation for audits, collect and verify data with screenshots, and draft reports. The role requires Excel expertise, SAP knowledge as a plus, and English communication in meetings.

The position supports 20-30 hours per week with a hybrid work model and an opportunity for future roles.

Qualifications

• Student status in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field (2nd/3rd/3rd year).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing records and documentation for IT audits and compliance reviews.
• Collecting and verifying data and audit evidence, including screenshots.
• Preparing draft records and reports.
• Performing manual compliance-related administrative tasks.
• Participating in meetings and calls conducted in English.
