ABB in Kraków is seeking a P2P Junior Capability Lead to handle vendor queries, process invoices globally, and drive improvements in the P2P process within the Global Hub.

You will work in a hybrid model, interact with divisions and vendors, and apply tools like ServiceNow, Basware, ReadSoft, SAP and workflow systems to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of operational P2P experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Familiar with Basware and ReadSoft.
• Understanding of end-to-end P2P (SAP & workflow).

Responsabilités

• Resolve vendor queries and process invoices globally.
• Interact with Divisions and Vendors to address escalations.
• Improve and standardize P2P processes; reduce backlog.
• Support continuous improvement and automation with the Global Hub.
• Meet KPIs and monitor KPI fulfilment.

Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:P2P Junior Capability Lead__Your role and responsibilities:In this role, you will handle complex queries raised by third-party vendors, interacting with Vendors & colleagues in Divisions to effectively resolve queries and process sensitive, critical third-party vendor invoices. You will focus on improving and standardizing the process, lowering the complexity of queries, and ensuring invoice processing is handled by the Global Hub. The idea is to be able to reduce the overall volume of queries and backlog globally over a period of time.The work model is: hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Resolving vendor queries in a comprehensive manner, using global tools (e.g., SNOW)Processing invoices globallyHaving periodical interactions with Divisions/Vendors and addressing escalationsHaving a strong awareness of global P2P policies (e.g., invoice rejection, promoting the usage of approved payment terms, & implementing ways to fulfil the policies)Having knowledge of the P2P invoice handling process (MM & FI transactions)Ensuring preventive measures based on root cause analysis in order to avoid recurrence of issues in the futureMeeting agreed KPIs, being aware of the extent of KPI fulfilmentWorking on process improvements and automations, aligning with the Global Hub (Continuous Improvement)Qualifications for the roleYou have graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent work experiencePossess a minimum of 1 year of operational P2P experienceYou are at ease communicating in EnglishYou possess knowledge of ServiceNowPossess working knowledge of Basware and/or ReadSoftYou possess knowledge of the end-to-end P2P process, involving SAP & Workflow tools.Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
