Job summary

ABB is strengthening its Global Trade Finance Development Center in Kraków. The role delivers end-to-end processing of guarantees and related instruments while driving process improvements and expert guidance for internal teams and banks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Treasury experience, focused on trade finance operations.
• University degree in Finance, Banking, Treasury or Economics is required.
• Solid understanding of trade finance instruments; URDG/UCP knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Windows applications; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of guarantees and counter-guarantees in trade finance.
• Identify process improvements to reduce risks and increase efficiency.
• Provide expert operational support to internal business units and banks.
• Act as SME and point of reference for process-related questions within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure high-quality delivery.

Each day, you will identify and suggest process improvement opportunities to minimize and reduce risks.
