Helprise is seeking a Stream Lead / Program Manager (AI & Automation) to drive delivery of an HR digital transformation roadmap. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across HR, IT and data to implement predefined AI and automation use cases.

In this role you will govern programs, manage risks and blockers, collaborate with vendors, ensure go‑live readiness and provide transparent leadership updates. Flexible hours, remote or hybrid work options are available to support delivery discipline.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, ideally in HR digital transformation or enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven track record of executing complex, multi-system programs with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Understanding of HR Tech ecosystems, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, ServiceNow HRSD, DOXIS, Snowflake and ThoughtSpot.
• Experience delivering automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent governance and delivery skills - planning, RAID management, reporting, steering preparation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment across HR, IT, Data and external partners.
• Ability to work in a structured, execution-focused environment, where scope and approach are already defined.
• Comfort with fast-paced delivery, multiple workstreams and iterative implementation.

Responsabilités

• Execute the AI & Automation delivery roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation of all defined use cases.
• Drive project and program governance, including planning, milestones, RAID logs, steering updates and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Data, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage dependencies, risks and blockers, escalating when needed and ensuring alignment across workstreams.
• Oversee delivery of automation solutions using SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, ServiceNow HRSD, DOXIS, DocuSign/Scrive, Snowflake and ThoughtSpot.
• Ensure readiness for go-live, including testing, documentation, training, change management and cutover coordination.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners, ensuring they deliver according to scope, timeline and quality expectations.
• Monitor progress and report status, providing transparent updates to leadership and ensuring delivery discipline.
• Support adoption and operationalisation of implemented automation and AI solutions across HR teams.

As Stream Lead / Program Manager (AI & Automation), you will be responsible for executing this roadmap end‑to‑end - ensuring disciplined delivery, cross‑functional coordination and successful implementation of already‑defined solutions.

YOU WILL

Execute the AI & Automation delivery roadmap, ensuring timely and high‑quality implementation of all defined use cases.

YOU NEED
