As a Project Manager, you will structure projects, manage milestones, and coordinate deliveries with regional and global stakeholders.

You will drive data quality, reporting cycles, and leadership communications while supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role.
• Strong track record in structuring projects, milestones, and delivery tracking.
• Experience managing governance frameworks and recurring management cadences.
• Excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management across regions or international teams.
• Strong understanding of data collection, validation, reporting cycles, and data quality management.
• Executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is an advantage.

As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of cross-functional Supply Chain initiatives, ensuring effective planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution across multiple regions. You will coordinate project milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure actions are tracked through to completion. The role also involves coordinating recurring data and reporting cycles, ensuring data quality and timely delivery of management information. You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders and support leadership communication, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.

YOU WILL

• Structure projects and develop milestone plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
• Establish and manage project governance and meeting cadences across multiple stakeholders and regions.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage and track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate recurring data and reporting cycles, from data collection and validation through to reporting and dashboard publication.
• Perform and coordinate data quality checks, including completeness, consistency, and timely submission.
• Maintain project documentation, including status updates, action logs, risk and issue registers, meeting minutes, and project plans.
• Prepare and coordinate management presentations, project updates, roadmaps, and reporting materials.
• Support leadership teams with clear and concise communication on project progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Coordinate activities across regional and global project stakeholders.
• Support change management and adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Provide project management support for existing and new Supply Chain initiatives.
• Drive follow-up on open actions and mitigation plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance, reporting, data processes, and project execution.

YOU NEED

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related environment.
• Strong experience in project structuring, milestone planning, and delivery tracking.
• Experience managing governance frameworks and recurring management cadences.
• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills, including experience working across regions or international teams.
• Strong understanding of data collection, validation, reporting cycles, and data quality management.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools is an advantage.
• Experience working in global or multi-regional governance structures is an advantage.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
