Job summary

Helprise seeks a Senior Talent Advisor with a strong track record recruiting Project and Program Management professionals. You will manage end-to-end recruitment and build long-term relationships with clients and Hiring Managers across IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing and Sales.

You will proactively source candidates, conduct competency‑based interviews, assess project experience, and translate business needs into the right candidate profile. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency/consultancy/out-sourcing/RPO.
• Strong experience recruiting Project and Program Management professionals across diverse business areas.
• Understanding of PM profiles and fit for varying project scopes and complexities.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Strong sourcing and direct search skills.
• Comfort working directly with clients and Hiring Managers.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Proactive, independent and business-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

YOU WILL

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Recruiting Project Managers, Program Managers, PMO and Transformation professionals for projects across various areas, including IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Understanding different project environments and translating business needs into the right candidate profile.
• Conducting kick-off and calibration meetings with clients and Hiring Managers.
• Proactively sourcing and approaching candidates using direct search methods and various sourcing channels.
• Conducting competency-based interviews and assessing candidates’ project experience, including project scope, stakeholder management, governance, risk, timelines, and team collaboration.
• Preparing high-quality candidate recommendations and managing communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and developing a strong Project Management talent network.
• Cooperating closely with the recruitment team and sharing market knowledge and sourcing insights.

YOU NEED

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency, consultancy, outsourcing, or RPO environment.
• Strong experience in recruiting Project and Program Management professionals across different business areas.
• A good understanding of different Project Manager profiles and the ability to assess their fit for projects of varying scope, complexity, and scale.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Strong sourcing and direct search skills.
• Confidence in working directly with clients and Hiring Managers and clarifying recruitment requirements when needed.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Very good command of English.
• A proactive, independent, and business-oriented approach.
