Project Leader / PM Support – Legal & Compliance (Digital Tools Focus)

YOU WILL

• Support and coordinate projects within the Legal & Compliance team, acting as a Project Leader / PM support
• Drive improvements and automation initiatives using digital tools and AI solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint environments to support Legal & Compliance processes
• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards for reporting, compliance tracking, and decision-making
• Create and implement AI agents and automations using Microsoft Copilot to enhance team efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into digital solutions
• Ensure proper documentation, data flow, and process transparency
• Support project governance, reporting, and communication across stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within the team

YOU NEED

• Experience in a Project Support / Project Coordinator / Junior PM / Project Leader role
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • SharePoint (design, administration, optimization)
  • Power BI (dashboarding, data visualization, reporting)
  • Microsoft Copilot / AI tools (including building AI agents or automations)
• Good understanding of project management principles and ways of working
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Very good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Educational background in Law or experience working within Legal / Compliance teams‑nice to have
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. banking, pharma, consulting)
• Familiarity with data governance, compliance reporting, or audit processes
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams environments
