Job summary

Akamai Technologies GmbH in Kraków is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst II to support OpEx and headcount management within the PMO's Transformation and Operations team.

You will transform and automate data from multiple systems, develop dashboards using Tableau and Google Apps Scripts, and work with finance, hiring managers, and talent acquisition to standardize headcount and cost tracking. Strong analytics and communication skills are essential to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Matrix / Virtual Org Dynamics: allocation of costs and headcount across virtual units.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, consolidating, transforming, and automating headcount and budget data from multiple systems.
• Designing and automating dashboards and tools using Tableau, Google Apps Scripts, Gemini, Claude Code.
• Collaborating with finance, hiring managers, and talent acquisition to track headcount and cost data and standardize processes.
• Identify anomalies in headcount or OpEx data and propose data-quality improvements.
• Automating OpEx & Headcount Reporting for easier data intelligence.
• Partnering with leadership to align reporting goals and automation needs.
• Implementing data governance and analytics best practices.
