Qualifications

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Be well versed in internet technologies, networks and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL).
• Demonstrate a good balance of technical and strategic skills.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the evangelist for the global services and support division throughout the product lifecycle
• Create and share a strategic vision for serviceable and supportable products
• Define the technical requirements for product supportability and assess the product against these requirements
• Advocate best practices for the customer and internal teams during product design, development and implementation
• Own project launch readiness, ensuring all documentation, policies and processes are in place to deliver successfully to the customer
