• Be a good team player, able to collaborate and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to define what ‘good experience’ looks like.
• Build and maintain dashboards in analytics tools.
• Instrument new product surfaces with engineers.
• Analyze funnels, retention curves, and feature adoption.
• Contribute to the experience metrics framework.
