Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS or developer-focused product environment.
• Comfortable navigating and working with large datasets.
• Experience with event-based instrumentation and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define what 'good experience' looks like and how to measure it.
• Build and maintain dashboards using analytics tools.
• Instrument new product surfaces with data quality assurance.
• Analyze customer journey friction points.
• Contribute to experience metrics framework.
