Job summary

• Flexibility to work in hybrid, remote, and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition projects from initiation to deployment following PMP/DMAIC/Aon methodologies.
• Ensure delivery within timelines, budgets, scope, and business case objectives.
• Assess offshoring feasibility and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Plan and execute transition activities including resource planning, staffing, and SLA development.
• Maintain MIS, dashboards, and progress reports for stakeholders.
