What the day will look like

In this role, you will play a key part in driving a multi-year Operating Model Transformation, ensuring strong governance, clear planning, and effective delivery across solution lines, regions, and functions.

  • Developing and maintaining a coordinated transformation roadmap, including achievements, dependencies, and critical path across workstreams
  • Driving program planning, tracking progress, and ensuring benefits realization aligned to strategic goals
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, while proactively advancing critical issues and recommending solutions
  • Establishing and maintaining governance structures, including steering committees, decision forums, and program controls
  • Managing program reporting, including executive updates, dashboards, and status communications
  • Building positive relationships with senior collaborators and working across global, cross-functional teams
  • Supporting change management activities, including communication planning, collaborator engagement, and impact assessment
  • Coordinating pilots, phased rollouts, and post-implementation reviews, embedding continuous improvement into program delivery

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in program or project management within complex, multi-workstream transformation environments, ideally in consulting or global organizations
  • Strong program management expertise, including governance, planning, risk management, and benefits tracking, with experience in operating model or large-scale change initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders across functions and geographies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, dashboards, and insights to drive decisions and performance
  • Familiarity with program tools and methodologies (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Jira), and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, PROSCI) are an advantage
