Job summary

Aon Corporation in Kraków seeks a Resource & Strategic Projects Director - Transitions to lead complex transition programs from initiation through deployment, applying PMP, DMAIC, and Aon methods to optimize work transfers to GCCs or providers.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across global markets, ensure on‑time delivery within budget, and partner with GCC Operations, PMO, Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, Finance to deliver client value and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• PM certification (PMP or Prince2) is advantageous.
• Experience managing cross-functional, global transition projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in hybrid/remote/office environments.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience presenting to clients and steering committees.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition projects from initiation to deployment.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and business case objectives.
• Assess feasibility of offshoring and recommend optimization.
• Plan and deliver transition activities: resource planning, staffing, PM, travel, knowledge transfer, SLA development.
• Foster collaboration across functional teams and support departments.
• Support process mapping and maintain documentation.
• Escalate and resolve project issues and conflicts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Partner with GCC Operations, PMO, Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Real Estate.
• Provide status updates to clients, steering committees, and leadership.
• Manage multiple transitions simultaneously.
• Maintain MIS, databases, and reporting tools.
