Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/program/transition management within global organizations.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end transition waves or major operational change initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with critical path and integrated transition planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of transition waves, ensuring scope, timelines and issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed wave plans across knowledge transfer, ramp-up, go-live and stabilization.
• Track and report wave progress, risks and issues to stakeholders and PMO.
