You will partner with executives to translate business goals into targeted sourcing, assessment, and onboarding plans while shaping market intelligence and compensation guidance. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior/leadership/tech-sales roles
Partner with executives to translate business goals into TA strategy
Conduct intake meetings to define role outcomes and sourcing plans
Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and timelines
Develop proactive talent pipelines for leadership and GTM roles
