You will partner with hiring managers across the Americas and EMEA to deliver end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, building a strong talent pipeline and acting as an ambassador for company culture.

Role requires 3+ years in software recruitment, excellent English, and experience with global hiring across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting for software companies.
• Experience supporting global talent acquisition across Americas and EMEA.
• Advanced English written and verbal communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Design and execute tailored hiring strategies to attract top talent in sales, technical, and business functions.
• Identify candidates through sourcing channels including job boards, social networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection with hiring managers.
