• Experience in an international environment and fluent communication in English (German or French preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from planning to hire.
• Serve as main TA contact for site leadership and hiring managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies using diverse channels and build strong talent pipelines.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high data quality in TA systems and track KPIs with dashboards.
