Job summary

Ideals, a global B2B SaaS product company, is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to shape TA strategy and lead a multi-region team. You will drive hiring priorities aligned with revenue growth, adopt AI and automation, and maintain high quality of hire.

You will oversee recruitment, sourcing, Employer Brand, and Operations to scale with precision. You will report directly to the CEO and build a strategic TA function, partnering with executives to deliver measurable impact across

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition Leadership with scale experience.
• 2nd-line management experience essential.
• Proven ability to diagnose process inefficiencies and implement tech.
• Ability to extract actionable insights from data.
• Fluency in English (C1+).
• Excellent stakeholder management; strategic advisor to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for the talent acquisition function, translating bottom-line data into executive-level insight.
• Lead 6 managers and their teams across recruitment, sourcing, Employer Brand and Operations, utilizing a supportive, coaching-oriented management style.
• Review and enhance the recruitment life cycle, using process improvement, resource planning and automation.
• Advocate for excellent candidate experience, ensuring our diverse applicant pool encounters a fair and inclusive process.
• Collaborate with the Executive team, Talent & Development, People Operations, and Legal to align hiring with our business goals.
• Contribute to the company’s stable growth trajectory and support its strategic expansion across multiple regions.
• Own the delivery of measurable strategic impact across TA outcomes, including time to hire, quality and productivity of hire, and the successful adoption of AI tools.
