Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to translate numbers into actions and improvement opportunities.
• Willingness to own and drive the TA strategy.
• Expertise in recruiting talent with real-time market insights.
• Strong interpersonal and change-management skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Acquisition function across the organization.
• Develop and scale a TA structure to support growth and demand.
• Evaluate and improve the recruitment process and KPIs.
• Strengthen the candidate funnel and employer branding.
• Collaborate with HR peers, hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Guide TA team with productivity metrics and process efficiencies.
• Mentor team members and drive professional development.
• Educate leadership on best recruiting practices and market updates.
• Engage external search firms when needed to augment internal efforts.
