Astreya in Poland is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to shape best-in-class recruitment strategies for a high-growth tech environment. You will lead a team, partner with senior leaders, and drive end-to-end talent initiatives across the organization remotely.

The role requires a proven track record in recruiting at executive levels, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to convert data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ related experience or equivalent.
• Experience building relationships with executives and major customers.
• Ability to translate numbers into action and opportunities for process and people improvements.
• Must be an expert in recruiting talent with real time industry trends and market insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Results driven with leadership capabilities in TA.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy and programs across the organization.
• Build and develop a scalable TA structure to meet growth.
• Evaluate and improve the recruitment process and track KPIs.
• Lead and coach the TA team with productivity metrics.
• Partner with leadership and HR to align recruitment with business needs.
• Serve as recruiting lead for strategic hires.
