Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a highly certified architect with deep cross-vendor domain knowledge to engage with partners, vendors and end customers for bespoke technology solutions.

You will help define multi-technology solutions, manage multi-vendor projects, and support sales teams with technical quotes aligned to SLAs, while building strong customer relationships and co-owning technical elements of sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience defining multi-technology solutions for customers and resellers.
• Proven ability to manage multi-vendor projects delivering complex solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-technology solutions to meet customer needs with end users and resellers.
• Project manage internal and external resources to deliver complex solutions.
• Support sales teams with technical quotes in line with SLAs.
• Develop and manage customer relationships with appropriate contacts.
• Co-own and project manage technical elements of sales opportunities to closure.
• Conduct customer site visits (reseller and end user).
• Deliver technical enablement training to TD SYNNEX sales teams or resellers.
• Respond to queries or customer care issues promptly.
• Communicate product and technology information to relevant audiences.
• Handle daily product/solution enquiries from sales and resellers.
• Utilise the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity.
• Maintain technical accreditation and broaden industry knowledge.
