Job summary

JLL in Warszawa is seeking a Transaction Manager to act as the main contact for the Client's Real Estate team and oversee international real estate transactions with high complexity. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to develop portfolio strategies, coordinating every step of a transaction, and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities include negotiations, lease event management, and rigorous financial analysis to assess impact and drive portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English. Polish or other European languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, financial analysis tools).
• Good presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint, or similar platforms).

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for Client's Real Estate team and internal stakeholders across assigned regions.
• Independently manage international real estate transactions with high complexity.
• Support development and execution of portfolio strategies within the region with senior leadership.
• Coordinate and monitor all steps surrounding a transaction from initiation to close.
• Conduct negotiations per strategy.
• Proactively manage lease events and provide portfolio optimization recommendations.
• Prepare and analyze financial templates (cash flow, NPV, IRR, P&L).
• Manage client communication and collaborate with global leadership on updates.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the function.
