Job summary

Jacobs Kraków is expanding its Global Design Center and seeks an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join the Proposal Team, collaborating with European or US regions. You will lead and coordinate sales and proposal activities, craft non-technical content with SMEs, manage meetings, and oversee proposal logistics for timely, high-quality submissions.

Minimum BS/BA and 4+ years of experience in proposals, sales or business development, with strong English communication and MS Office

Qualifications

• BS/BA in journalism, English, communications, management or similar.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, and related sales or business development deliverables.
• Proposal experience in engineering/architecture/construction is a plus.
• Strong organizational qualities and attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong English verbal, writing, editing and proofreading skills for sales messaging and proposal aesthetics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (mandatory).
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sales and proposal activities from planning to submission, aligning with client needs and compliance requirements under Americas or Europe based teams.
• Support proposal development by writing, editing, and tailoring non-technical content with subject matter experts.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams, subcontractors, and partners, including scheduling and leading key meetings.
• Manage proposal logistics and production, including formatting, graphic integration, and submission (electronic and hard copy).
• Drive process improvements by identifying issues and ensuring win themes are reflected in final deliverables.

We are currently expanding our Global Design Center in Kraków to meet evolving process needs and increasing recruitment demand. The CSS team — the creative team — is seeking talented and experienced Inside Sales Coordinator who want to co‑create Proposal Team and cooperate with European or US region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sales and proposal activities from planning to submission, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance requirements, under the leadership of Americas or Europe based teams.
• Support proposal development by writing, editing, and tailoring non-technical content, including resumes and project descriptions, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams, subcontractors, and partners, including scheduling and leading key meetings.
• Manage proposal logistics and production, including document formatting, checking Client’s websites, graphic integration, and submission preparation (both electronic and hard copy).
• Drive process improvement by identifying issues, suggesting enhancements, and ensuring strategic differentiators/win themes are reflected in final deliverables.

Here’s what you’ll need

• Experienced in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
