Responsibilities

• Leading strategic pursuits and major bids across a range of infrastructure markets and sectors.
• Developing winning strategies and translating them into compelling client-focused solutions.
• Bringing together and motivating diverse pursuit teams, often comprising up to 40 people.
• Collaborating with sales, technical and operational teams to create distinctive value propositions.
• Leveraging insights, market trends and client challenges to shape innovative approaches.
• Managing pursuit activities, governance and significant bid budgets through the end-game process.
• Driving best practice across our Relationship Based Sales framework.
• Embracing new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and strengthen winning outcomes.
• Capturing lessons learned and continuously improving how we pursue opportunities.
