Accenture Song Poland seeks a CRM Strategist to elevate customer engagement by refining lifecycle programs and tailoring communications across markets. You will partner with Planning and Data & Analytics to deploy strategies, leveraging segmentation and personalization techniques throughout global journeys.

Expect work across B2B/B2C contexts, with a hybrid model (2 days/week in Warsaw) and access to a broad training package and career development. English and Polish fluency required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting CRM strategy or marketing consultancy.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management, segmentation and personalization.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent English and Polish communication in a global context.

Responsabilidades

• Support Planning Partner in CRM strategy development and message orchestration across acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle and retention.
• Design customer journeys, personalization tactics, and segmentation proposals for compelling communications.
• Map content from the Digital Asset Management repository to proposed journeys.
• Generate insights from data to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with global/local teams to deliver best-in-class CRM experiences.
