Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the Pre-Sales Team. You will provide pricing and bid support across opportunities, conducting cost analysis and margin reviews to maximize win potential.

The role requires a Bachelor in Business or Economics, 2+ years’ experience, fluent English and Spanish, and strong Excel skills. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT, and you’ll work a mixed shift in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Review price exceptions for channel sales and QTAT for direct deals, ensuring costing and margin analysis.
• Support the sales team with all B&Q activities as required.
• Coordinate approvals, reviews and tracking of discounts requested.
• Price exception reporting and discount analyses.
• Collect and analyze business intelligence data for bids.
• Provide timely response, optimizing project cost and bid pricing strategy to maximize win chances.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for CPQ quoting issues.
• Deliver training on the CPQ tool and quotation process.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to test system enhancements.
• Maintain wins & losses database.
• Interface with cross-functional departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, etc).
