Job summary

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o is seeking an experienced Pricing Coordinator and CPQ/Shop Admin to support external ordering tools and internal CPQ systems. You will work with the Sales Operations team to ensure accurate pricing, catalogs, and discounts across EMEA.

You will collaborate with global teams, provide SME support on Shop/CPQ, and participate in governance meetings while maintaining pricing data and delivering ad hoc reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or technical equivalent.
• Around 1-3 years of experience.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to learn new IT systems quickly.
• Very fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global team to implement new features for Shops in EMEA.
• Provide user support as SME on Shop/CPQ and regional capabilities.
• Participate in global governance meetings.
• Maintain MSI external ordering tools (Partner/Customer Hub Shop) and monitor performance.
• Maintain pricing logic and catalogs to reflect contracts and discount structures.
• Assist Order Management teams with pricing and order inquiries.
• Resolve product orderability cases with product groups.
• Advise product teams on promotions, new classifications, and discounts.
• Load and maintain EMEA list prices in GF and R12 systems; resolve pricing queries.
• Maintain discount structures for Channel Partners and direct contracts in CPQ.
• Provide ongoing CPQ system support and training for Sales.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
