Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Global Purchasing professional for its Kraków operations. The role focuses on indirect procurement, driving end-to-end PO processes, and aligning with IT, AP, and business units to optimize value.

You will engage with category managers, evaluate supplier proposals, and implement process improvements. The position emphasizes collaboration, English proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills to deliver exceptional procurement support

Qualifications

• Review and approve high value or complex purchase orders.
• Full Ownership of PO Lifecycle and collaboration with AP.
• Understand procurement categories and policies.
• Collaborate with Category Managers on supplier proposals and renewals.
• SME in indirect procurement processes.
• Drive alignment meetings with IT, AP, and business units.
• Participate in UAT and procurement system improvements.
• Establish relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
• Participate in projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient Procure to Pay process for Indirect and Project-related transactions.
• Support the overall purchasing strategy of the organization.
• Review and approve high value or complex purchase orders and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to evaluate supplier proposals and renewals.
• Act as SME in indirect procurement and drive process improvements.
• Build and maintain internal and supplier relationships for assigned categories.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and system enhancements.
