Job summary

Viktor, Warsaw-based, seeks a Head of Influencer Partnerships to own partner channel operations end-to-end. You will source partners, qualify them, negotiate pricing, run live placements, and ensure clean tracking and invoicing.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on workflow management within a fast-growing AI-powered channel. You will expand multi-month commitments, extend automations, and maintain full-funnel visibility from spend to revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience running creator or partner campaigns at volume (50+ placements per quarter or 100+ roster).
• Ability to negotiate against metrics (CPM, ER, CAC) and justify pricing decisions.
• Built an operational backbone: live-tracking formulas, data pipelines, and payment reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Source partners and run outbound for discovery and prospecting.
• Qualify partners against audience quality, fraud signals, ICP fit, CPM band.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within bands; decide when to walk away.
• Manage end-to-end placements from brief to go-live to reporting.
