Job summary

Viktor seeks a dedicated social operations lead to own all organic social across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You’ll manage calendar, copy, hooks, replies, and be the voice behind every post.

You’ll run the Creator Program, review submissions, manage payouts, keep spreadsheets clean, and ensure the machine runs smoothly and fairly. You’ll translate feedback into strategy and grow reach daily.

This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role in Warsaw with remote options for some tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience running social for a brand or product, preferably B2B SaaS/AI.
• Strong writing ability to stop the scroll and engage technical audiences.
• Operational mindset: manage programs, payouts, and data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own all of Viktor's organic social across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Live in the conversation: be online where AI and tech Twitter happen and engage in real time.
• Run the Creator Program: review submissions, manage payout tiers, and keep operations clean.
• Amplify the team’s posts and build a growing, compounding engine for reach.
• Measure performance: track reach, follows, signups and creator output; report clearly.
