Job summary

THE/STUDIO is hiring a Head of Operations for a fully remote, global position. You will oversee Manufacturing, our Global Factory Network, Customer Service, and Customer Success, acting as an operational architect who scales throughput with AI, automation, and data-driven processes.

You will lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, driving radical customer-centricity, ultra-low MOQs, and high-quality delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of operational leadership in fast-growing startups, e-commerce, or tech-forward supply chains.
• Strong systems-thinking with ability to optimize bottlenecks with software, data and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven KPI definition and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Revolutionize the Supply Chain: Build and optimize a factory network and manufacturing process that redefines industry standards.
• Be the Cross-Functional Engine: Enable the business by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to speed up workflows.
• Leverage Data & AI: Evaluate, implement, and use AI, automation, and data analytics to drive efficiencies and KPIs across departments.
• Architect the Customer Experience: Map and rebuild the user journey from first quote to final delivery to ensure the customer is the hero.
• Lead Global Teams: Build and mentor distributed teams across manufacturing, customer service, and success.
