Job summary

Harza Group is seeking a Head of Web Production to redesign how marketing requirements become live digital experiences. You will eliminate bottlenecks, improve requirements, and decide where AI, automation, and templates should be used to accelerate delivery.

Your role is to build a Production Operating System, establish clear ownership, and protect business objectives while raising the standard of the production team.

Qualifications

Extensive experience improving web production and digital operations.
Ability to optimize workflows, reduce handoffs and improve cycle time.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs and analytics.
Experience with AI tools and automation in production.
Familiarity with landing pages, ecommerce funnels and CRO.

Responsibilities

Map and redesign the production workflow from request to launch.
Define Definition of Ready and acceptance criteria for pages and funnels.
Audit AI-first production opportunities and implement reusable components.
Manage capacity, dependencies and blocking risks.
Establish quality controls and automated testing.
