Job summary

Rapid Pioneers Group is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Wrocław, Poland, to own and optimize cross-functional operations across design, warehousing, assembly, and service coordination. The role emphasizes ownership, scalable systems, and AI-driven transformation in a fast-growing European brand experience business.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to improve profitability, efficiency, and operating performance in a hybrid, Wrocław-based setup.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in operations, business operations, strategy, logistics, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Career progression with increasing responsibility, including leading people or projects.
• Experience in tech-oriented, digital, scale-up, startup or fast-moving environments.
• Ability to design and improve operational systems, workflows, and processes.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and data-driven mindset.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Fluent English (C1 or above) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and continuously improve performance across cost, speed, quality and scalability.
• Design, optimize and implement processes, workflows, automations, and software solutions to boost efficiency.
• Manage, coach and develop teams across Design, Warehouse, Assembly, and Service Coordination.
• Define and track operational KPIs and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Own operational budgets and financial performance to improve profitability and resource allocation.
• Drive strategic initiatives that support long-term growth and scalability.
• Identify bottlenecks and build practical, scalable solutions to improve execution and customer experience.
• Lead initiatives around automation, AI tools, AI agents, and AI-native workflows.
