Signify is seeking a Senior Account Manager focused on High Residential and Architect segments to grow new business in Smart Home and high-end projects. You will build relationships with architects, designers and key stakeholders to expand Signify's market coverage.

You will lead strategic account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor market trends and KPIs, and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in key account management or consumer sales with profitable growth.

• Develops and maintains relationships with key consumers within architects and designers focusing on high residential and smart home solutions, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Achieves sales, revenue, and profitability targets for assigned accounts or channel portfolios.
• Monitors market trends and analyzes sales performance and KPIs.
• Defines and leads strategic account management plans to enable profitable growth of Signify business with the account.
• Collaborates with cross-functional Signify teams to align support and meet objectives.
