Job summary

The role focuses on reorganizations in SuccessFactors, end-to-end OM processes, data quality, testing, and system upgrades, while maintaining a user-friendly, compliant HR landscape.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus; SAP HR knowledge is an asset.
• Understanding of data quality principles and organizational structures.

Responsibilities

• execute and coordinate reorganizations in HR systems (SuccessFactors), helping Volvo Group adapt and stay competitive
• take ownership of organizational management processes end-to-end, ensuring changes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on stakeholder experience
• support and continuously improve our Organizational Management (OM) setup by acting as a key user for HR systems, ensuring reliable processes, high-quality organizational data, and smooth support to stakeholders in a global environment
• investigate and resolve complex system and process issues, not only addressing immediate problems but identifying root causes and long-term solutions
• proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive them through to implementation
• collaborate closely across the HR ecosystem, connecting stakeholders and teams to achieve the best outcome
• take part in testing and system upgrades
• contribute to a stable, compliant, and user-friendly HR system landscape
