Job summary

Volvo Group in Wrocław, DO, PL is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to support the Cornerstone on Demand platform and provide first-line system assistance. You will work closely with People Growth partners and managers to optimize HR processes and enable data-driven decisions.

You will translate client needs into product backlogs, assist with releases and testing, and create reports from sensitive data while coordinating with vendors and the product team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver with QA mindset.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone on Demand is a plus.
• Willingness to analyze data and build reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Cornerstone on Demand platform as first-line analyst.
• Collaborate with People Growth, Partners, and product teams.
• Translate business needs into product backlog and user stories.
• Assist testing of releases, upgrades, and patches; build reports as needed.
