Volvo Group is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Organizational Management team in Wroclaw, supporting 54 countries within the Volvo Group. You will coordinate HR system reorganizations, own OM processes end-to-end, and act as a key user for HR systems across a global environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus; SAP HR experience is an asset.

• End-to-end ownership mindset with ability to drive topics from issue to solution.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate reorganizations in HR systems (SuccessFactors).
• Own organizational management processes end-to-end with focus on stakeholder experience.
• Support and improve OM setup as a key user for HR systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex system and process issues and identify root causes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive implementations.
• Collaborate across the HR ecosystem to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Participate in testing and system upgrades.
• Contribute to a stable, compliant HR system landscape.

You will join the Organizational Management team (part of the HRIS Operations Team in the Global Center, Wrocław), supporting all 54 countries within the Volvo Group.

What you will do:

• execute and coordinate reorganizations in HR systems (SuccessFactors), helping Volvo Group adapt and stay competitive
• take ownership of organizational management processes end-to-end, ensuring changes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on stakeholder experience
• support and continuously improve our Organizational Management (OM) setup by acting as a key user for HR systems, ensuring reliable processes, high-quality organizational data, and smooth support to stakeholders in a global environment
• investigate and resolve complex system and process issues, not only addressing immediate problems but identifying root causes and long-term solutions
• proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive them through to implementation
• collaborate closely across the HR ecosystem, connecting stakeholders and teams to achieve the best outcome
• take part in testing and system upgrades
• contribute to a stable, compliant, and user-friendly HR system landscape

Technical skills:

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• high proficiency in MS Excel
• experience with SuccessFactors will be considered an advantage (experience with SAP HR is an additional asset)
• understanding of data quality principles and organizational structures
• a strong ownership mindset and the ability to independently drive topics from problem identification to solution implementation
• an end-to-end perspective, with the ability to understand how decisions and changes impact stakeholders, processes, systems, and downstream activities
• the confidence to navigate ambiguity and find solutions even when clear instructions or documentation are not available
