Zalando’s HR Business Partner role is based in Olsztynek, Poland, supporting logistics operations and partnering with onsite management to deliver people products and consultancy. You’ll collaborate with our central HR team in Berlin and external service providers on payroll, HRIS, and people analytics.

You will help shape performance, compensation and career development while supporting recruitment and onboarding for the logistics teams across Zalando’s international sites.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in HR business partnering or 6+ years in HR generalist in logistics/production
• Strong knowledge of Polish employment law and social security systems
• Experience in payroll processing with external providers
• Ability to deliver results with limited supervision in a dynamic environment
• Excellent consulting skills and ability to influence others
• Strong business and HR acumen with data-driven mindset
• Excellent Polish and English communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Be trusted adviser for management on staff matters and coordinate with central HR team in Berlin
• Payroll administration and file management with external providers
• Work with people KPIs and employee surveys to derive actionable insights
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define roles and build interview processes
• Advise on performance management, compensation, benefits, career development
• Support various ad-hoc HR projects across teams
