Job summary

Stemmann Polska, part of Wabtec, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support production operations in Katy Wroclawskie. You will partner with site leadership and managers to deliver HR processes across the employee lifecycle in a dynamic, production-driven environment.

You will ensure labor law compliance, manage data in Workday/Comarch, support recruitment for production roles, contribute to workforce planning, and drive employee engagement and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partner roles, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting shop-floor populations and production teams.
• Practical knowledge of labor law and working time management.
• Experience with HR data, reporting, and analytics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, administration, mobility, terminations).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Workday and other platforms).
• Coordinate recruitment for production roles and onboarding processes.
• Support workforce planning aligned with business and budget needs.
• Drive employee development, performance management, and talent reviews.
• Promote internal mobility and support HR budgeting and forecasting.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and support employee relations topics.
• Partner with managers on day-to-day HR matters and people decisions.
• Drive HR process improvements and participate in audits and corporate HR projects.
